Charles Martyn, P.Eng. is the founder, president, and secretary of our company. Mr. Martyn has over ten (10) years of electrical and mechanical experience in the coordination, design, and installation of industrial, commercial and institutional projects. He brings extensive practical site and design experience to any project. Mr. Martyn is a solar design specialist. As the electrical project engineer, Mr. Martyn directs the design management of every project for our team. He monitors project schedules and budgets, as well as actively participating in the design, analysis, drawing preparation and design specifications for each project.
Now a full-time resident in the Kingston area, Charles obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in 2010. Mr. Martyn is registered with the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Along with his innovative design strategies and strong communication skills,
Charles brings his critical thinking to the leadership and management of every project.

We deliver consulting services tailored to the client’s specific project needs in order to provide diverse and contemporary engineering solutions.
C.D. Martyn Engineering Ltd. was recently formed as a result of like-minded professional associates wanting to build a company that is truly unique and to address an identified need for our services in Ontario and across Canada.
The company is based in Kingston, Ontario. The firm is currently licensed (Certificate of Authorization) in the provinces of Ontario. The company has a thorough knowledge of Ontario and National building codes.
